Helping Hands of America, Inc. is the processing agent for the Association of Blind Citizens, Inc. for vehicle donations. Helping hands of America proudly administers a highly specialized program where citizens donate vehicles—including cars, trucks, trailers, boats and real estate—to the Association of Blind Citizens, a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation charity.
When you donate, you: Receive your lawful IRS tax deduction receipt for the fair market value. Avoid confusing Department of Motor Vehicles paperwork. Get free vehicle pick-up (restrictions apply). Avoid all the headaches of selling a used car—no expensive ads, no taking phone calls, no showing the car, no price haggling…
Your donation helps ABC substantially increase its support of the blind community!
When a donation is pledged, Helping Hands of America takes the donor information over the telephone, handles all the documents, vehicle pick up, sale at auction, and distribution of proceeds to ABC. On those occasions when an item of substantial value is donated, a greater share goes to the charity.
