Initially, the recruiting team reached out to the Renegades as they loved our story and had a few people in mind that they thought would be a good fit. After working with the team, we moved them toward Shayne. We knew he would have a great stage presence. We also thought this may help him make his stand up comedy even better by getting coaching from professionals.
At first, Shayne was resistant as he did not want to get up and talk about himself. However, talking about his team and his teammates changed his mind and he had a few options to share. The result, was pure gold!
